School Improvement Plan

A School Improvement Plan (SIP) serves as a detailed map that is focused on increased academic achievement for every student.

A variety of stakeholders including parents, teachers, and classified staff members are involved in creating SIPs by analyzing school data, setting goals based on data, creating action plans to improve achievement, and then establishing timelines to monitor and adjust the plan. School improvement is a continuous process that does not stop once the original plan is submitted.
